In the User Management tab, Account Administrators can:
- Add users
- Remove users
- Edit user access levels
- Reset user passwords
- Enroll users in one or more products
Adding a New User to your Organization's Account:
- Log in to the Virtualitics Account Portal with an admin account.
- Navigate to the User Management tab.
- Click the Add Account button.
- Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email of your new user.
- Select the Group, Role, and Access level you want to assign for the new user.
- Click the checkmark to create the new user.
Removing a User from your Organization's Account:
- Log in to the Virtualitics Account Portal with an admin account.
- Navigate to the User Management tab.
- Find the account you need to remove.
- Click the Ellipses and select the "Delete" button.
- Confirm your change by selecting the "Yes" button.
Editing User Roles and Access Levels
- Log in to the Virtualitics Account Portal with an admin account.
- Navigate to the User Management tab.
- Locate the User you'd like to make changes to.
- Click the three dots to the right of the user information and click Edit.
- Click the following drop-downs to make changes to the listed access levels. For more on Access Levels and User Roles, see this article.

User Role
Organization Admin Full view/edit/delete permissions for all content within an organization Group Admin Full view/edit/delete permissions for all content within user's group Creator Full view/edit/delete permissions on user's own content and can deploy Custom Apps using the Virtualitics CLI. Also allows view permissions for all content created by user's group, including the ability to:
- View flows that were created by members of user's group.
- Use Apps that were uploaded by members of user's group to create new flows.
Standard User Same as Creator but cannot deploy Custom Apps using the Virtualitics CLI Viewer View permissions for all App flows and Assets that are shared with user -
Management Access
- User: Standard user in platform
- Admin: Virtualitics Account Administrator

User Role
- Click Save.
Resetting User Passwords
- Log in to the Virtualitics Account Portal with an admin account.
- Navigate to the User Management tab.
- Locate the User you'd like to reset the password for.
- Click the three dots to the right of the user information and click Edit.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter a new password for this user.
Enrolling a User in One or More Products:
- Log in to the Virtualitics Account Portal with an admin account.
- Navigate to the User Management tab.
- Find the account you need to enroll.
- Click the "Not Enrolled" button next to the products you wish to make available to the user.
- Click the "Save" button.
Virtualitics products include:
- pyVIP: enables use of our Python API
- Explore: enables use of Virtualitics Explore and Virtualitics Explore Desktop (Creator license)
- Explore Viewer: enables use of Virtualitics Explore and Virtualitics Explore Desktop (Viewer license)
- Predict: enables use of Virtualitics Predict (deployment-specific licenses)
