Administrators can monitor and manage the Organization's Apps and Products within the Virtualitics Account Portal.
Monitoring and Managing Products
Product Enrollment governs a user’s ability to access Virtualitics Products.
Account Administrators can log in to the Virtualitics Account Portal and click Products on the left-hand navigation bar to access the Products screen.
This area enables Administrators to monitor the organization’s products, expiration dates, seat availability, and to manage user enrollment.
Products List
The Products List shows the name of available products within the organization. It also shows the product’s expiration date, as well as an indicator showing the total number of seats available and the current number of seats being used for that product.
Search for specific products using the Search bar or filter to specific products using the Filters button on the top right of the product list.
Enrolling and Unenrolling Users from a Product
Administrators can enroll and unenroll users from a product directly from the Products screen.
To enroll users:
- From the Products screen, click the three dots to the right of the product user(s) will be enrolled to.
- Click Enroll Users.
- From the list of Users that appears, click Not Enrolled to toggle to Enrolled.
- Once the User shows Enrolled, close the window to save.
- The number of seats for that product will update and the user will now have access to that product.
To unenroll users from a product, follow the above steps but toggle Enrolled to Not Enrolled.
Bulk Enrolling and Unenrolling Users from a Product
Administrators can also bulk enroll or unenroll users from one or more products.
To do so:
- From the Products screen, select one or more products to enroll/unenroll users from by clicking the checkbox next to each product.
- Click the Options dropdown on the top left of the Products list.
- Choose Enroll Users or Unenroll Users.
- Select the applicable users by checking the box next to each.
- Click Save.

App Enrollment governs a user’s ability to access Virtualitics-built or developer-built Apps within the Virtualitics AI Platform.
Administrators can log in to the Virtualitics Account Portal and click Apps on the left-hand navigation bar to access the Apps screen.
This area enables Administrators to monitor the organization’s Apps, expiration dates, seat availability, and to manage user enrollment.
Apps List
The Apps List shows the name of available Apps within the organization along with its description. It also shows the App’s expiration date, as well as an indicator showing the total number of seats available and the current number of seats being used for that App.
Search for specific Apps using the Search bar or filter to specific Apps using the Filters button on the top right of the product list.

Administrators can enroll and unenroll users from an App directly from the Apps screen.
To enroll users:
- From the Apps screen, click the three dots to the right of the App user(s) will be enrolled to.
- Click Enroll Users.
- From the list of Users that appears, click Not Enrolled to toggle to Enrolled.
- Once the User shows Enrolled, close the window to save.
- The number of seats for that App will update and the user will now have access to that App.
To unenroll users from an App, follow the above steps but toggle Enrolled to Not Enrolled.
Bulk Enrolling and Unenrolling Users from an App

- From the Apps screen, select one or more Apps to enroll/unenroll users from by clicking the checkbox next to each App.
- Click the Options dropdown on the top left of the Apps list.
- Choose Enroll Users or Unenroll Users.
