To access instances of Apps that you have started or that have been shared with you, in the left toolbar, click App History.

Each App History instance in the table will have the following information:

• Title
• App Name
• Status (Flow is “STARTED” or “SUCCESS”)
• Step
• Owner
• Created
• Schedule (if set)
• Actions

Performing Actions on App History

Certain actions can be performed on an App History instance by clicking the 3-dots ( ) in the Actions column:

• Go to App (to its “Current step”)
• View Dashboard (if applicable for this App)
• Edit Schedule (if one has already been created)
• Add Schedule
• Favorite
• Share
• Delete

Viewing Additional Information

Additional information can be viewed by clicking on the disclosure arrow to the left of the App Name, which provides more information:

• About
  • App Flow Instance Title
  • App Name
  • App Description
  • Status
  • Owner
  • Created Date
  • App Flow Instance ID
  • VAIP Version
• Progress
  • Steps - list of the Steps within the App and their completion status
  • Actions - choose to resume or cancel a Step
  • Schedule - current schedule. If none exists, you can create one by clicking New Schedule. For more on schedules, see this article.

Searching, Downloading, and Filtering

You can search, download the current list of App History as a CSV file, and filter the App History table by clicking the icons at the top right of the table.
