To access App flows that you have started or that have been shared with you, in the left toolbar, click History.

Each App History instance in the table will have the following information:

• Favorite - Hover over the star and click to favorite a flow.
• Title - Double-click the title section to rename a flow title.
• App Name - Name of the App the flow was run within.
• Status - Flow is “STARTED” (flow is in-process on one of the Steps) or “SUCCESS” (all Steps were completed within this flow).
• Owner - User who initially ran the flow.
• Created - When this flow was originally run.
• Schedule (if set) - When the flow is set to automatically re-run.
• View - Click to return to the App using this flow.

Viewing Additional Information and Performing Actions on App History

Click the disclosure arrow on the left side of the row to display more details and actions that can be performed on an App History instance.

• Progress
  • Steps - list of the Steps within the App and their completion status
  • Actions - Perform additional actions on this Step. For more, see below.
• About
  • App Flow Instance Title
  • App Name
  • App Description
  • Status
  • Owner
  • Created Date
  • App Flow Instance ID
  • VAIP Version
• Schedule
  • Displays the current schedule. If none exists, you can create one by clicking New Schedule. For more on schedules, see this article.

Actions:

• View - Go to this flow's current Step.
• Cancel Step - Cancel the Step of the selected flow.
• Share - Share this flow with another user.
• Favorite - Favorite this flow and add to Favorites list.
• Add/Edit Schedule - Add a new schedule or adjust an existing schedule if one has already been created.
• Delete - Delete this flow. Only available to the user who originally created the flow.

Searching, Downloading, and Filtering

You can search, download the current list of App History as a CSV file, and filter the App History table by clicking the icons at the top right of the table.
