Ready to get started? The first step is to register your Virtualitics account.

Registering Your Account

First time users will receive an account registration email from licensing@virtualitics.com.

Click the Register Now link in the activation email to create your account.

Important: Contact your Virtualitics Account Administrator if you did not receive a registration email.

Once you've registered your Virtualitics account, proceed to the next step to access the Account Portal.

Accessing Your Account and Launching the Virtualitics AI Platform

You can access your Virtualitics account and any related applications from the Account Portal.

The Virtualitics Account Portal enables you to manage your account information, password, two-factor authentication, and more.

Tip: If you have forgotten your password, click the forgot password link on the login page of the Account Portal to reset your password.

It also provides access to your organization's Virtualitics AI Platform instance. To access the Virtualitics AI Platform:

1. From the Account Portal, click the icon on the top left of the screen to display available instance options.
2. From the list of available options, click on your organization's Virtualitics AI Platform instance.

This will launch a new window with the Virtualitics AI Platform Home page.

Important: If you do not see any Virtualitics AI Platform instances available under the icon drop-down, contact your Virtualitics Account Administrator.
