Flows allow you to upload your data and review the processed insights in a multitude of ways.
Uploading Data
Flows in Virtualitics Predict can accept nearly any data as input. Some Flows will be designed to pull from databases automatically, while other Flows will allow you to upload a file of your choice.
Due to Virtualitics Predict’s flexible nature, it can connect with data lakes and warehouses like Databricks and Snowflake, query from graph databases like Neo4J and TigerGraph, and accept data from 3rd party API calls.
Virtualitics Predict can also leverage big data frameworks like Spark, Hadoop and Dask, as well as integrate with other tools like Splunk and Palantir.
Reviewing Insights and Recommended Actions
After Virtualitics Predict processes your data, it then starts to make recommendations for business actions.
One of the ways these insights are presented is in an infographic. An infographic in Virtualitics Predict highlights certain data fields and values that had a strong influence on the recommendation.
For example, the infographic below lists the following fields as having an impact on its prediction:
- Predicted Failures
- Average Downtime
- Inventory
- Shipping Estimate
Based on the information above, Virtualitics Predict is suggesting that the user of this Flow needs to order more gearboxes from the most reliable manufacturer.
Finally, Virtualitics Predict enables users to take action based on the recommendation. By integrating with existing infrastructure like a parts ordering system, the user can order new gearboxes at the click of a button. These recommended actions can integrate with any system that can be controlled via API.
