The View Options selector provides a quick way to adjust the view of the plot.
While you have the option to manually rotate visualizations, you can also quickly cycle through preset views to help see your data from a different perspective.
There are two View Options that you can adjust: Camera View and Projection Style.
Changing Camera View
To change the camera view:
- Select the View menu in the top menu toolbar or right-click anywhere on the plot area to open the Contextual Menu and select View Options.
- Select the desired View from the list:
- Default View
- Front View
- Side View
- Top View
Changing the Projection Style
To change the projection style:
- Select the View menu in the top menu toolbar.
- Select between projection two options:
- Perspective (default): Provides more information about depth since objects further away are smaller than those nearby
- Orthographic: All objects in the visualization appear at the same scale
