Projects allow you to save all the visualizations you created during a session plus your currently loaded datasets. You can then load your project at a later time to pick up where you left off, or you can send the project file to a colleague to share your work.
Saving a Project
- Desktop – Select the File menu dropdown and select Save or Save As
- Desktop and VR – Save through the plot contextual menu by right clicking on the plot (desktop) or pressing B or Y while pointing at the plot (VR)
Loading a Project
Just like loading a local dataset, select Local from Spreadsheet View and then instead of selecting a dataset, choose your project file (extension: .vip).
